INSTRUCTIONS FOR IDEA FORUM:

1. Maximum Team members should not exceed 3 members.
   
2. Projects could be presented from any Domain.
   
3. Each team will be given a maximum of 7 minutes – 5 minutes to present and 2 minutes for Q/A session.
   
4. Abstract should be submitted in the pdf format in G-Form itself.
   
5. Proof of concept of your project can be either photo or video mode.
   
6. Plagiarism should be avoided.
   
7. Team with prototype will be given more preferences during selection process.
   
8. After registration, the team leaders should join in the Whatsapp Group from the link given in G-Form.
   
9. Certificates will be provided for all the participants.
   
10. Exciting cash prize will be awarded for the winners.
    
11. Free lunch and refreshment will be provided for all the participants.
